Serving only the best quality food, Aubergine & Spa offers a variety of taste delights that bring the world to you.
We are open to the public, so if you are traveling in our area and staying somewhere else, we still want to meet you, so stop in for a meal. Specialized menus for groups is another service we offer. We look forward to feeding you.
Using local produce and herbs, mixed with our own special spice blends, we make it a point of honour to serve you the most delicious and ravishing meals.

- Channa Masala - A delicious Indian dish of chick peas in a spicy sauce served with rice and vegetables
- Kai Hima Parn - A Thai stir-fry of chicken, cashews, green peppers, green onions & pineapple served with rice
- Daging Rendang - An exquisite Indonesian curry of beef in a coconut sauce served with rice and vegetables
- Nasi Goreng - Indonesian style fried rice stir-fried in our special homemade blend of spices & with egg. Choice of shrimp & / or chicken or vegetarian (tofu)
- Panang Thai - Choice of seafood cooked with red peppers in a Thai red curry coconut milk sauce served on rice or chow mein noodles

Our list of beverages is selective;
We use only ILLY Italian espresso and locally roasted high quality coffees from DownEast Coffee Roasters. We have black & green teas, as well as Yogi Tea herbal teas, and fruit based drinks such as Bottle Green pressé drinks.
We also stock beers and wines that we feel complement our flavourful cuisine.
